Getting Started

We're not a gym—we're a movement revolution. While traditional gyms focus on muscle isolation and aesthetics, we focus on functional movement, pain elimination, and real-world strength. Our approach addresses the root cause of movement dysfunction, not just the symptoms. Every program is designed to help you move better, feel better, and live better.

Absolutely! We specialize in meeting you exactly where you are. Our movement assessments identify your starting point, and we build your program from there. Many of our most successful warriors started with zero fitness experience. We believe everyone deserves to feel strong and move freely, regardless of their starting point.

Your first session is a comprehensive movement assessment, not a workout. We'll evaluate how you move, identify areas of dysfunction or pain, and discuss your goals. This typically takes 60-90 minutes and includes basic movement screens, posture analysis, and a discussion of your health history. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your body and a roadmap for transformation.

Not at all! We work with people of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to former athletes. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are and progress at your pace. In fact, many of our warriors come to us specifically because they're out of shape, in pain, or have been told they're 'too old' or 'too broken' to get fit.

Not at all! Our martial arts training is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. We focus on learning much more than fighting—including discipline, body awareness, confidence, stress relief, and functional movement patterns. Our approach emphasizes personal growth, mental resilience, and physical conditioning rather than combat techniques.

This depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most warriors see excellent results with 2-3 sessions per week. Our programs are designed to be sustainable long-term, so we focus on consistency over intensity. We'd rather have you train 2 times per week for a year than 5 times per week for a month.

Every exercise can be modified or substituted. We have progressions and regressions for every movement, and we're experts at working around limitations. Whether you have joint issues, previous injuries, or mobility restrictions, we'll find ways to challenge you safely and effectively.

Nutrition & Lifestyle

Yes! Nutrition is a crucial component of transformation. We provide practical, sustainable nutrition guidance that focuses on real food and realistic habits. We don't believe in extreme diets or complicated meal plans—just simple, effective strategies that support your training and lifestyle.

Yes, I am a holistic nutritional consultant and can provide meal plans, lifestyle recommendations, and supplement guidance. These services are designed to support your health and wellness goals, including addressing various aspects of pain management and overall well-being.

We focus on food first, supplements second. Most people can achieve excellent results with proper nutrition alone. When supplements are appropriate, we recommend evidence-based options that support recovery, performance, and overall health. We never push expensive supplement protocols or proprietary products.

Extremely important! Recovery is where adaptation happens. We educate our warriors about sleep hygiene, stress management, and recovery strategies. Poor sleep and high stress can sabotage even the best training program, so we address these factors as part of your overall transformation.

Pricing & Packages

We're open Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We offer both scheduled group sessions and flexible training times to accommodate different schedules. Many of our warriors train before work, during lunch, or in the evening.

Just comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all equipment, towels, and water. We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing clothes you can move freely in. No need for special gear or expensive workout clothes—comfort and functionality are what matter.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. We offer convenient monthly membership options with payment plans available for longer term commitments.

Yes! We offer virtual coaching sessions and online program design for warriors who can't train with us in person. While we believe in-person training is ideal, we can provide excellent guidance and programming remotely. This includes movement assessments via video call and customized workout programs.

We require 24-hour notice for session cancellations. We understand life happens, and we're flexible with our warriors. For membership cancellations, we require 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts or hidden fees—we earn your business every month.

Results & Expectations

Most warriors notice improvements in how they feel within 2-3 weeks—better sleep, less pain, more energy. Visible physical changes typically appear around 6-8 weeks, with significant transformation occurring over 3-6 months. Remember, we're focused on lasting change, not quick fixes.

If you're not seeing the results you want, we'll work together to identify why and adjust your program. This might mean modifying your training, addressing nutrition or lifestyle factors, or changing your approach entirely. Your success is our success, and we're committed to finding what works for you.

Absolutely! We have warriors in their 60s, 70s, and beyond. Age is not a barrier to getting stronger and moving better. In fact, functional training becomes more important as we age. We specialize in helping older adults maintain independence, mitigate falls, and stay active for life.

Weight loss often happens naturally when you start moving better and eating better, but it's not our primary focus. We're more interested in helping you lose pain, gain strength, and improve your quality of life. Many warriors find that when they stop obsessing about the scale and start focusing on how they feel and move, their body composition improves naturally.
