Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of Warrior Up Training's website and services.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Warrior Up Training website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

2Services Overview

Warrior Up Training provides personal fitness training, functional movement coaching, pain management programs, martial arts instruction, nutritional guidance, and related health and wellness services. Our services are available both in-person at our Calgary location and through virtual/remote sessions.

All training programs are designed based on individual assessments and are tailored to each client\'s specific needs, goals, and physical capabilities. Results may vary depending on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to program recommendations.

3Client Responsibilities

As a client of Warrior Up Training, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Health Disclosure: You must provide accurate and complete information about your health history, current medical conditions, injuries, medications, and any other factors that may affect your ability to safely participate in physical training.

Medical Clearance: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, you are responsible for obtaining medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any training program.

Safe Participation: You agree to follow all instructions provided by your trainer, use equipment properly, and communicate immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms during training.

Personal Conduct: You agree to treat all staff, trainers, and fellow clients with respect and maintain appropriate conduct at all times while using our facilities or participating in our programs.

4Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Session Booking: Training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Availability is subject to trainer schedules and facility capacity.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited or charged at the full session rate.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies regardless of late arrival.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session.

Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the specific package or membership purchased. Please contact us directly to discuss refund requests. Refunds for unused sessions in multi-session packages may be available at our discretion, minus any applicable fees.

Membership Cancellation: Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation. No long-term contracts are required.

5Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular events, and other injuries. By participating in Warrior Up Training programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and training activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Up Training, its owners, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in our training programs, use of our facilities, or reliance on information provided through our services.

You may be required to sign a separate liability waiver and informed consent form before beginning training. This does not replace or limit the terms stated herein.

6Intellectual Property

All content on the Warrior Up Training website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, training programs, and educational materials, is the property of Warrior Up Training and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without prior written consent from Warrior Up Training.

Training programs, workout plans, and nutritional guidance provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to third parties.

7Website Use & Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, other accounts, or computer systems.

Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent.

Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we determine to be in violation of these terms or harmful to our business or other users.

8Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content, products, or services offered by third parties.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warrior Up Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Warrior Up Training in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

11Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
